Our vans include: Specialty operated wheelchair lifts & 8 point safety system Can accommodate 1 wheelchair & riders First aid kit Fire extinguisher Global Positioning System (GPS) Heating and air conditioning Friendly, trained, and careful driver We have fully ADA compliant converted vans with purely mechanical ramps (never break down). Our entire fleet is newer vans, with lower miles, clean inside and out. Well maintained equipment is a sign of professionalism.
Our Rates
Our Rates Currently, our rates are based on the mileage of the transportation from start to finish, plus a base fee. The current base fee is for weekdays only, as any weekend transports should expect a small up-charge. Base: $25 per trip Plus: $2 per mile after 5 miles (each way) For payment purposes, we ask that the payment is presented at the time of the initial pick up. If you live in a nursing home or assisted living center and have a care nurse, please let us know and we will provide them with the invoice.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations or reschedules, we ask that you submit your request at least 6 hours before the time of your scheduled ride. This allows our schedulers and drivers to work in some of the same-day reservations that we may have on that day. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the allotted time can result in being charged for the full amount of your ride.
